Our history
That of Gemignani Tartufi is a story in which tradition, resourcefulness and ability mix like the ingredients of a perfect recipe against the backdrop of an extraordinary territory, that of the Tuscan hills.

Over the years, passing down a know-how based on passion, tradition and respect for the environment from father to son, the production of high-end truffle-based preserved specialties began, alongside the trade of fresh truffles. With the fourth generation of the family, there is a leap in quality sanctioned by the expansion towards foreign markets and the move to a modern factory which allows us to increase the daily production capacity by consolidating and expanding the sales markets.
