Our history
On the border of eastern Liguria, in Castelnuovo Magra (SP), Italpesto has been producing the delicious Ligurian Pesto for over twenty years, meticulously following the ancient recipe as well as other regional specialties. Experience, craftsmanship, constant and continuous control of the production chain from field to table: these are the salient features of Italpesto which successfully interprets the gastronomic culture of Liguria. Basil, produced strictly in the area, is dedicated to continuous research to optimize its cultivation and processing. It is precisely thanks to these measures that the freshness and goodness of our Pesto ends up on the tables of many Italians.
