Perfectly fried Neapolitan Caputo Dough in Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an irresistibly light and crispy base, topped with rich Ciao Marinara sauce and creamy Lupara Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella for a pizza like no other!

Instructions:

  1. Start by stretching the dough out flat, making sure to evenly distribute the dough into a 10-inch circle. Using a fork poke holes all over the dough.

  2. Fill your deep fryer with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and set it to 350°F.

  3. Drop in your dough, and using a one-piece skimmer, quickly start to baste the top part of the dough with the frying oil to ensure an even bake.

  4. After 1-2 minutes or until golden brown, flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

  5. Prepare a sheet pan lined with paper towels and place your fried dough on top and pat dry with paper towels.

  6. Then place the fried dough in a round oven pan, ladle on  Marinara Sauce,  Smoked Mozzarella, pecorino romano, and basil.

  7. Place the pan in a Neapolitan oven extremely close to the mouth and bake for 20-30 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Make sure to turn the pan every 10 seconds to ensure an even bake.

  8. Remove from the oven, slide out of the pan, and onto your plate.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
