Stracciatella and Tomato Crostini
Impress your guests with the simplicity and sophistication of our stracciatella and blistered tomato crostini. Served on a crisp semolina bread, each bite offers a luxurious blend of silky cheese with a burst of garlic-infused blistered tomatoes.

Ingredients
· 1 Loaf Semolina Bread
· 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
· 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
· 2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
· Salt and Pepper, to taste
· 1 CupStracciatella
· 1/3 Cup Basil Pesto
· Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the Semolina Bread on a diagonal, then toast to desired golden color. Arrange slices on a large platter and set aside.
2. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir in the pan for 2-5 minutes until blistered.
3. Next, add garlic, salt, and pepper and stir together with the blistering tomatoes. Blister another 2-3 minutes, stirring as needed.
4. Begin assembling the crostini by spreading about 1 tbsp of Deliziosa Stracciatella onto each crostini slice.
5. Top each slice with 2-3 tomatoes, add a drizzle of pesto, and garnish with fresh basil.
6. Serve and enjoy!
